Great Postural Exercise
Do you have a neck pain? Headaches? Upper back tightness?
Then this is a great exercise for you.
Your head weighs about 9-11lbs… If your head is forward of where it should ideally be, this causes more strain on your neck muscles. Every inch forward that your head is from neutral is an extra 10 lbs of tension the neck muscles need to generate to keep your head upright.
This exercise will help get your shoulders down and back, and your head to be more inline with proper posture and relieve the strain of your heavy head.
Each exercise you will do for 1 minute. You will do them 2x a day.
You can do this exercise for the rest of your life. It will strengthen and stretch just the right muscles to help you have better posture and less strain from muscle tension.
