Neck Hump Exercise
Are you starting to get a hump at the bottom of your neck? Feel like your head is way more forward than it should be? Then this is an excellent exercise for you.
Take a tennis ball and place it at the apex of the hump at the base of your neck. Keep your head as neutral as possible, and lay the back of your head on the floor. Get used to this position for a couple of days. You are working up to 2 minutes at a time. After you get used to the feeling of just having the tennis ball there, you can start adding some gentle stretching over the ball– bringing the head to the chest and ears down to the shoulders.
Do this 2x daily
If any exercise causes pain, stop, and schedule with so we can see what is going on.
