Lat and Subscap Banded Stretch
Take a band with a knot and put the knotted side over the top of a door and shut it. Wrap the opposite end of the band around your hand and place it so your palm is facing the opposite shoulder with your elbow resting on your chest and your back to the door. Take a step forward with either leg. Rotate and extend your arm, opposite direction of a throwing motion. Let the band guide you. Sink into this by taking a deeper stance. You should feel it along your armpit and flank area. The end position is your thumb pointing behind you over your head at end range extension and your hand/elbow in the horizontal plane. Release by returning your feet.
