Advanced Pec (major) Stretch
This is a more advanced pec major stretch. This stretch would be good for just about everyone. Because of our modern lifestyle our pecs have become shortened. This causes poor posture and rounded shoulders, which can lead to neck pain, headaches, and shoulder issues.
If this stretch is too hard or painful to do, please watch our “Basic Pec Stretch” video and try that out.
Do both sides. Hold for 30 secs in each of the 3 different positions. Do 2x daily.
