Basic Pec (major) Stretch
This is a basic pec major stretch. This stretch would be good for just about everyone. Because of our modern lifestyle our pecs have become shortened. This causes poor posture and rounded shoulders, which can lead to neck pain, headaches, and shoulder issues.
Do both sides. Hold for 45 secs. Do 2x daily.
If it hurts, don’t do it, and call us.
