Most people don’t breathe correctly. A lot of people will breathe with either their abdominal muscles or with their neck and shoulder muscles causing a decrease in athletic performance and chronic tight traps. Deep belly breathing exercises involving the diaphragm muscle itself will help to release our primary breathing muscle and allow for deep breathing. Do not dive deep with your finger tips. Stay along the rib itself. You are not pushing your finger tips to your spine, they are more wrapped upward toward the ceiling, again staying on the rib.
