Dr. Zachary LaVigne, BS, DC, CCEP – Chiropractor
Dr. Zachary LaVigne grew up exploring the majestic Adirondack Park in Northern New York and developed a passion for activities such as camping, photography, hiking, downhill skiing, running, SCUBA diving, and whitewater kayaking.
This passion for physical activity led him to pursue a bachelor of science in exercise science, graduating cum laude from the University at Buffalo in New York. His love for health and wellness then motivated him to earn his doctor of chiropractic degree, cum laude, from Life University in Marietta, GA.
Dr. Zach believes that the human body has an innate ability to heal but often has its natural functions inhibited by our modern lifestyles. To better serve his patients, Dr. Zach has extensively trained in the area of chiropractic extremity adjustments and holds a CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner) accreditation.
He believes the lack of movement in our lives is a major issue, with Americans sitting for more than 10 hours daily. This decreased activity causes our joints to stiffen, leaving us feeling sore and achy and limiting our body’s ability to accommodate extra stresses from weight lifting, carrying, or everyday activities and increasing our risk of injury.

William Hernandez, LMT – Massage Therapist
Growing up I was always told I had an innate ability to heal through my hands. Family and friends were always thankful for a quick shoulder massage or my natural instinct to find and release that pesky knot in their back. This led me to realize I had a gift and an art for massage. Graduating from Atlanta School for Massage allowed me to hone my craft. Today I am thankful for being part of the Any Spine family of therapists.
A little bit about me; I grew in NJ, lived in New York and Los Angeles, and now Atlanta is where I call home:) I enjoy traveling the world, going to concerts and dancing. I’m also a huge film buff! To stay fit, I incorporate a holistic lifestyle that includes meditation, yoga, a healthy diet, and drinking lots of water!
