Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Chiropractic Appointments
• A $50 fee will be charged for any missed chiropractic adjustment appointment without prior notice (no-show, no-call, or no-text/email).
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may also be subject to the no-show fee.
Massage Appointments
• You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a massage appointment.
• After two cancellations, the third cancellation may be charged the full amount of the massage session if the time slot is not filled.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged half the cost of the scheduled massage.
• Patients with two no-call/no-show appointments will no longer be eligible for rescheduling.
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.
