Alternative Pigeon Stretch

This is a great alternative to the normal pigeon stretch. Use this version if you have problems getting into the deep pigeon stretch. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds. 3x each side.

This will stretch out your glutes and piriformis muscles.

P.S. Dr. Justin thinks he’s funny…. just go with it.
